All students must have insurance through the Ontario Jiu-Jitsu Federation.

Children classes are only available for kids 5 or older.

​

All karate students must wear a white karate gi and karate rank belt to karate class.

​

All jujutsu students must wear a jujutsu gi and their jujutsu rank belt to jujutsu classes.

​

(If you attend both classes, you should bring both gi with you.)

How to Sign-up for insurance:

​

1. Access the website https://ontario-jiu-jitsu.smoothcomp.com/en/federation/102/membership 

2. Select your individual membership by clicking "Join". You will be redirected to a website called Smoothcomp.

3. Create an account.

4. After you confirm your user email, click your name on the top left so you can edit the information on your account (the basic account says you are 0 years old and doesn't let you buy the membership...)

5. Edit all the details on your profile, especially your age. Save your changes at the end.

6. Access again: https://ontario-jiu-jitsu.smoothcomp.com/en/federation/102/membership - it will now let you select the membership by clicking "Join".

7. Fill out any remaining information. You must add a Jiujitsu Belt colour. If you don't have one, just select White.

8. Click Submit. You'll be taken to the payment screen.

9. The only option is to use PayPal. Log in with your Pay Pal account and make the payment.

10. Once redirected back to the Jiu Jitsu website, it will say "Payment completed". Click "Continue"

11. It will direct you back to your profile and show your confirmation. Done!

12. You'll receive a simple email from Smoothcomp acknowledging your membership.

13. To add someone else in the family, go to your profile (your name on the top right) and select "Manage Profiles".

14. Click "Add a new profile" and follow those steps again.
